The ship operates on 7-, 14-, 21- and 28-night long Mediterranean Sea itineraries departing from the ports of Barcelona Spain, Piraeus (Athens) Greece and Rome Italy, before the relocation to Asia through Suez Canal. Majestic Princess cruise itineraries include ports in Japan (Yokohama, Nagasaki, Kobe) and South Korea (Busan) and Hong Kong (China). In January 2017, the vessel successfully completed sea trials off Italy's coast.
The Lotus Spa Fitness Center also features state-of-the-art equipment so you can tone on your own. The Princess Luxury Bed is available across the fleet except for Regal Princess, where most staterooms have been updated. On Regal Princess all Full Suites and Reserve Collection staterooms have been updated and we are continuing to convert the few remaining beds.

Fellow cruisers on our sailing to the Mexican Riviera were almost all firmly overly 65 years old, white, retired and from Southern California or elsewhere in the U.S.-- and they were having a blast. Social but not rambunctious, passengers on Majestic tended to be most active during the day and early evening hours, watching movies by the pool by day and dancing to live music in the atrium in the evening. Nighttime entertainment shows were full, and very few seemed to mind that the ship replaced the nightclub with the Double Down Bar.
